Lakeside Home

What started as a modest cabin situated on the edge of beautiful Shawnigan Lake, was transformed into a couples dream home. With aspirations to reduce the environmental impact of the project, the owners opted to deconstruct the home and salvage as much material as possible and sell what they couldn’t use.

This stunning home was design by Fold Architecture and built by us to an extremely high standard both in energy efficiency and finishes. Expansive windows and simple details let this house speak for itself and showcase the functionality of well designed small spaces.
